Only individuals who consistently display a high level of educational dedication, skill, compassion toward those they teach, and integrity are maintained within DV8. We are happy to part ways with anyone who does not fit this bill, no matter how long they have worked with our organization.
Those selected to facilitate education for DV8 through Phil Scarito are never selected or kept through the lens of political nepotism as you’ll find (or have found, for those who’ve been in the industry for long enough) with many other organizations.
