In addition to indoor classes at the KOP facility, DV8Fitness trains employees of various local corporations. Each class is 45 minutes in length.
In a corporate training course, employees can expect the Goblet Squat, the Kettlebell Swing, and the Turkish Get-Up. If a class masters the ability to successfully complete these movements in a safe manner, then we will proceed to learning the more advanced movements like the snatch, the clean and press, and the front squat. All of this is taught the RKC, FMS, and DV8Fitness way—with pride in safety and form. Quality over quantity. Bodyweight exercises will be added in between Kettlebell movements.
