I recommend everyone new to Kettlebell training to buy at least 1 or 2 private sessions prior to group training. This will provide a great base for the client before entering a DV8fitness class.  What do we cover??



Phil will go over the basics of the swing and Turkish Get-up.  These 2 movements are the foundation to all Kettlebell training.  In group classes and personal training we will spend a large amount of time going over these 2 movements. The swing and TGU will give Phil a base for things to work on. The TGU is like a mini screen, it will identify the client's weakness and assymetries.

Phil builds his workouts based on a client's weaknesses.  We will focus on form and quality of each rep.  There is no sense in pushing a client through a bunch of different exercises, like most boot camps do now. What a waste of time that is.  Sign up today for a private session
