I am a Certified RKC II Instructor and also hold a Functional Movement Certification (FMS).  In addition I have assisted Master RKC Brett Jones, Senior RKC Brad Nelson and Senior RKC Will Williams at the Russian Kettlebell Challanges.  I practice and teach the Hardstyle method of Kettlebell training and represent my favorite city, Philadelphia.  I hold outdoor Kettlebell classes in the suburbs of Philadelphia (Chesterbrook).   My goal is not only to teach my clients correct form but help them understand why they move the way they move. rkcinstructoriconslores.ckfms.jpgIn order to help them Every client is instructed to go through the FMS screen in order to find their assymetries from which we build a solid program design. 

When you train with Kettlebells, you train your body as a unit. In my classes we use basic multi-joint movements that work your entire body. I keep it simple yet challenging. rkcinstructoriconslores.rkci.jpgJohn Hubickey, RKC has been working out with kettlebell's for over 2 1/2 years and completed the Russian kettlebell certification in October 2009.

I began my training with Senior Kettlebell Instructor Wil Williams, my first year of kettlebell training and over the past year and a half I have been training with Phil Scarito, RKCII, CK-FMS owner of DV8Fitness.com. 

 I became more passionate about training with kettlebell's with every lesson.  I have become a stronger, more flexable individual and I can do more now at the age of 40 than I could at the age of 30.

While training with DV8Fitness and Phil Scarito, I discovered not only do I like training with Kettlebells, I love teaching it as well.   It is a fulfilling experience teaching others proper kettlebell technique, helping others lose weight, remove the stress in their lives and become stronger individuals.  I am very happy to join the DV8Fitness.com crew as an instructor.

Audie McKenna

instructor-audie-mckenna.jpgAudie McKenna Graduated in 2008 from Ursinus College with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science. Audie was a 4 year athlete at Ursinus as well as a captain and record holder in Track and Field. She has been a personal Trainer since 2006 and has experience training both sports teams and individuals to help increase speed, agility, strength and overall fitness.
