hil puts together some hellish hard workouts with a few kettle bells and your own body weight. I've been training almost constantly for over 15 years and he had me beat. He changes it up constantly, drills you on technique and form, and then punishes you with some lung busting routines. That sounds intimidating, but don't fear, Phil is great at helping you find your own limit, not his. Great job, Phil and I look forwarding to working with you and Will again soon.

A good friend of mine had been trying for almost a year to get me to try Phil's kettlebells class at our corporate gym. Finally, I decided to give it a try. Now I am hooked! Phil is very motivating and his classes focus on form, strength, and fun! Eventhough I have only taken the class for about 8 weeks, I have seen huge improvements in my strength and ability to perform the movements. After one of Phil's workouts I always feel like I have accomplished something significant. Be it number of snatches, swings, (deck)squats, pushups, situps or time spent stair climbing or bear crawling, Phil's got a great technique for getting his students to the next level. I like being pushed to my limits and Phil does a great job of it. Phil seems to hate any rep number under 20 and on Inauguration Day his new favorite number was 44! I especially like that he takes the time to explain and demonstrate proper form (sometimes over and over again but always patiently and with a smile). Overall, Phil is a great instructor I would highly recommend.
