Training with Phil has been a true test of my endurance, I don't think he knows of a number below 20. His classes have been effective as well as entertaining. I simultaneously fear and look forward to his workouts. Phil's classes always push me to go further than I thought I could and much further than I could ever do on my own. Phil Scarito is lightning in a bottle! He has taken a core group of established Kettlebellers, who trained under Will Williams, and made us even better than we already were. To describe Phil's style would be "The Power & The Pain", we train with both individual as well as group goals.


Phil has motivation and drive gets us to the place we want to be. I am a three time Cancer Survivor who started back with Phil on 1/2008 at 252lbs 34% body fat after all of the treatments.
