I just completed my RKC this past weekend and Phil was an integral part of the success of our team. His coaching through our form misques and tough times helped avoid many burpees and swings!! He was a supportive coach that took a sincere approach to his job as an instructor at the RKC. I highly recommend Phil to anyone seeking a trainer coach. He is an excellent tape man as well!!!
