Brian and I have been attending Phil's KB classes for about 3 months. At first, the classes seemed really tough, but Phil's enthusiasm and varied lessons kept us coming back for more. As the weeks have progressed, Brian and I have both noticed a marked difference in our stamina, muscle tone, and flexibility. Phil's patient, encouraging teaching style has pushed us to work harder -- and yielded great results for us. Out of KB class, we have noticed better performance in our cycling. Thanks Phil!
