Always Changing It Up Rated 10 out of 10

It comes down to this... Phil ROCKS! His workouts are as tough as tough can get but the time seems to fly by because he is always changing it up. His workouts are NEVER boring or monotonous. I have been working out with Phil for just a month and I was hoping to just see some results. I am already in pretty good shape but wanted to take off another 5 lbs. and tone up. In one month, I have lost 14 lbs., have a flat stomach and look long and lean. It is incredible. Phil always has a positive attitude and a genuine smile (even if you are shooting him daggers for how hard you are working). He is great with instructions, getting into the exercise with you if you need to see how it's done. I thought I would just have him train me for a month but he is addicting and I am most certainly going to keep training with him.

I tried everything ... then met PHIL ....THE BEST

So.. after college and kids ... the 20 lbs got there and stayed there. I tried lots of different diets and my "own routine". A month ago I see a contest at my gym for the biggest loser and signed up after asking the staff "what instructor"?? I got the inside track that Phil was the man for the job and 30 days later and 17 pounds lighter - I feel like a new person . Impressed from the 'get up'

I have only been training with Phil for about 2 weeks now and I am thoroughly impressed! I have tried numerous types of workouts and the kettlebells workout is by far the best ever. Respectful and a great motivator

I took a class with Phil in early 2009 through Main Line School Night (outside of Philadelphia).
He is an excellent instructor: he easily taught a class 10 newbies the turkish get up at the same time. Everyone had different skill levels, but Phil was able to cater to each individual and encourage them. At the end of the 5 sessions, everybody had a good grasp of the moves. Months later, I still hear him talking through each step in my head.
He will, very respectfully, whip you into shape.
If you have the chance to train with him, do - Even without kbells. I never thought that I could get such a workout with nothing else but body weight.

Great Instructor!

I met Phil at the 2009 RKC Minneapolis and was lucky enough to have him as one of my Team Assistants! What great motivation he gave to our entire team. When's my next session?

I met Phil Scarito about a year ago and began training with him on a weekly basis. I thought my previous training sessions were tough, well Phil brought a whole new level of training to the table for me and the others I train with. At first, I wasn't sure that I would be able to keep up with Phil's training routine, but after a month I realized I was getting the best workout I have ever received. I also went through the FMS screening with Phil and I was glad I did. The FMS screening showed me what I was doing wrong and how to correct it. Overall I would say that Phil Scarito is one of the best Kettlebell instructors I have ever had the privileged to train with.
All I can say is, I can't wait for my next training session. Is it time to swing yet?

Toughest Workouts I've Ever Had

Phil strongly emphasized the importance of proper technique and how it accelerates your results in a safe and VERY effective manner. I asked lots of questions in class, even during the drills, and he answered every single one without hesitation. The one thing he did that I'll remember for the rest of my life is the last drill on the last day of the workshop - he told everyone to give him their age in swings... and I still can't believe I gave him all 42! Thank you, Phil!

Get ready to work

hil puts together some hellish hard workouts with a few kettle bells and your own body weight. I've been training almost constantly for over 15 years and he had me beat. He changes it up constantly, drills you on technique and form, and then punishes you with some lung busting routines. That sounds intimidating, but don't fear, Phil is great at helping you find your own limit, not his. Great job, Phil and I look forwarding to working with you and Will again soon.

Suck It Up!

Trained with Phil for only a few weeks now, but plan on going back for more. He's motivating, knowledgeable, and a great instructor. Excellent Instructor

Brian and I have been attending Phil's KB classes for about 3 months. At first, the classes seemed really tough, but Phil's enthusiasm and varied lessons kept us coming back for more. Beginners Luck!

A good friend of mine had been trying for almost a year to get me to try Phil's kettlebells class at our corporate gym. Finally, I decided to give it a try. Now I am hooked! Keeps it fresh and challenging

After one of Phil's workouts I always feel like I have accomplished something significant. Be it number of snatches, swings, (deck)squats, pushups, situps or time spent stair climbing or bear crawling, Phil's got a great technique for getting his students to the next level. I like being pushed to my limits and Phil does a great job of it. Phil seems to hate any rep number under 20 and on Inauguration Day his new favorite number was 44! I especially like that he takes the time to explain and demonstrate proper form (sometimes over and over again but always patiently and with a smile). Overall, Phil is a great instructor I would highly recommend.

My favorite hour of the week

 have been taking Phil's kettlebells class since the beginning of the year and I am constantly impressed by the challenging workouts and the fun atmosphere of his class. Assistant RKC Weekend

Phil and I worked as assistants at the Oct. 2008 RKC. Awesome!

I have been training with Phil once a week for 5 months. I am in better shape now than I was as a Division I NCAA 1 & 3 Meter Diver. His workouts are incredibly intense and I love every one of them! Each workout is a perfect balance of functional strength training and kettlebell set at a pace to keep you sweating and breathing hard the entire hour. In the Best Shape of My Life Because of Phil!

I'm also a former Will Williams devoted kettlebell student and decided to give Phil a try after Will moved to California. I've been training with Phil 3-4 times per week since January 2008 and I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life because of this guy. I've dropped 20 lbs, have increased my lean muscle mass, and improved my fitness to a level I never thought possible. Phil trains the most addictive and effective combination of endurance and kettlebell training that is never boring and always guranteed to make you sweat and feel great. Because of Phil, I was fit and able to keep up with people 15 yrs younger than me on a recent hiking/camping trek through the Andes to Machu Picchu in Peru. Phil is an exceptional trainer! Every workout with him is challenging and engaging, and never the same--he mixes it up and keeps it fun.
