Comrades,

If your thinking about heading to level II next year, I will give you some great advise, you better be good at the basics.  A solid foundation is critical to success at Level II.  On the first day we did Pullups and the 1/2 body weight press.  Day 2 is testing out on the Bent Press, Windmill, pistol, Viking push press and Clean and Jerks.  That's right folks, its not over till its over.  Oh yeah, and we did Vo2 max today as well. If you have done Vo2 before you know what I'm talking about, if not I will share the knowledge when I return.

Let me tell all RKC's across the country one thing. You better be practicing the basics and mastering them.  What does that mean, keeping up on all the changes that have been made to the program. HUGE!!!!! changes in the TGU and many other drills that you and your clients need to know.  Remember, you are an RKC instructor, you represent us.

As for my clients, Just wait till I return.  So much info to report.

I'm out.
