I have been training with Phil once a week for 5 months. I am in better shape now than I was as a Division I NCAA 1 & 3 Meter Diver. His workouts are incredibly intense and I love every one of them! Kettlebell was completely new to me when I started training, but Phil is an excellent instructor with endless patience, which made learning easy. Each workout is a perfect balance of functional strength training and kettlebell set at a pace to keep you sweating and breathing hard the entire hour. Every session is new and different, so I never know what to expect, but I look forward to each one because I know it will be an awesome workout. Phil is a passionate trainer who is always learning new techniques to improve himself & his clients. He'll push you hard, but it's always fun. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants to look better, feel stronger and have a great time doing it!
