Phil is an exceptional trainer! Every workout with him is challenging and engaging, and never the same--he mixes it up and keeps it fun. Phil consistently pushes me beyond my comfort zone, motivating me to go further and work harder than I ever thought I could. He is very knowlegable about physiology and proper form and breathing.
Phil has been training me in KB for several months now, and when we started I could barely swing a 10 pound bell; these days I can snatch a 25 pounder! I originally started training with Phil to get back into pre-baby shape and literally couldn't do a sit up (no core strength after 2 C-sections!). I am thrilled to say that as a 38 year old mother of three, I can proudly wear a bikini this summer, and that's not a place I could have gotten to without Phil's motivation and exceptional training.
