I have only been training with Phil for about 2 weeks now and I am thoroughly impressed! I have tried numerous types of workouts and the kettlebells workout is by far the best ever. I can already tell a difference in my strength and endurance. He is very motivated, is passionate about his work and is a stickler for precision and firm which
makes for the best results. He pushes me harder with each workout. I look forward to more butt-kicking workouts with Phil!
