I met Phil Scarito about a year ago and began training with him on a weekly basis. I thought my previous training sessions were tough, well Phil brought a whole new level of training to the table for me and the others I train with. At first, I wasn't sure that I would be able to keep up with Phil's training routine, but after a month I realized I was getting the best workout I have ever received. I also went through the FMS screening with Phil and I was glad I did. The FMS screening showed me what I was doing wrong and how to correct it. Overall I would say that Phil Scarito is one of the best Kettlebell instructors I have ever had the privileged to train with.
All I can say is, I can't wait for my next training session. Is it time to swing yet?
