Beginners Luck!

A good friend of mine had been trying for almost a year to get me to try Phil's kettlebells class at our corporate gym. Finally, I decided to give it a try. Now I am hooked! Phil is very motivating and his classes focus on form, strength, and fun! Eventhough I have only taken the class for about 8 weeks, I have seen huge improvements in my strength and ability to perform the movements. I can't wait for Phil's outside classes to begin this spring!
