I am a competitive equestrian and avid cyclist. Phil has introduced me to a whole new way of training with kettle bells and I love how this has improved my performance! In just a short period, with his patient style and superior demonstration skills, I have achived an even higher level of fitness. My students have been impressed with him and they have experienced remarkable strength and health benefits. They are losing pounds and inches at a rapid rate, and they feel great about themselves. Now that is winning!
