So.. after college and kids ... the 20 lbs got there and stayed there. I tried lots of different diets and my "own routine". A month ago I see a contest at my gym for the biggest loser and signed up after asking the staff "what instructor"?? I got the inside track that Phil was the man for the job and 30 days later and 17 pounds lighter - I feel like a new person . Phil brings great enthusiasm to the job and really motivated our team - even creating a BLOGSPOT for all of us to communicate and motivate each other . Job well done , Phil. Give Phil 30 days then you will be writing here ... even if your workout may include an occasional "BEAR CRAWL"...
