hil puts together some hellish hard workouts with a few kettle bells and your own body weight. I've been training almost constantly for over 15 years and he had me beat. He changes it up constantly, drills you on technique and form, and then punishes you with some lung busting routines. That sounds intimidating, but don't fear, Phil is great at helping you find your own limit, not his. Great job, Phil and I look forwarding to working with you and Will again soon.
